The deposited weld metal has excellent strength, good oxidation resistance to 1800°F (980°C), very good sulfidation resistance, and relatively good resistance to wear and galling. The RTW™ finish on the spooled wire promotes smooth feeding through welding equipment and reduced tip wear in contact tips.

F Cr-Mo 1 is a copper-coated solid wire for GTAW, available in bright finish, gives smooth flow, stable arc and spatter free under optimum welding conditions. It gives radiographic quality welds. This low alloy steel wire is suitable for welding 1.25Cr - 0.5Mo steel. The weld metal possesses good high temperature properties. It deposits notch free weld deposits with excellent mechanical properties. Especially suitable for welding of pipes & tubes of matching composition in Power plants, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer plants, etc. Suitable for welding of ASTM steels.

ER 317L is a solid wire for TIG welding, available in bright finish, gives smooth flow, stable arc and spatter free under optimum welding conditions. It gives radiographic quality welds. Exaton 18.8.Mn is a filler material of AWS ER 307 type with increased managanese content, reducing the risk for fissuring/hot cracking that otherwise can be a problem in fully austenitic 

ER307 is an austenitic stainless steel containing a high manganese content. ER307 is mainly used for joining and surfacing applications that involve work-hardened steels, heat resistant steels that are subject to temperatures of 1560°F maximum.
